Jarosławiec Accommodation
Villa Andre in Jarosławiec is an attractively situated detached house situated in a quiet district of single-family houses at a distance of about 800 metres from a wide, sandy beach called the Polish Dubai.
The house with an area of 150 m2 is taken out as a whole. On two floors Villa Andre accommodates 9 persons.
The entire property is equipped with air-conditioning. A sauna is also available!
We also offer a lot of greenery. Garden with seating and barbecue area and parking space for 2-3 cars.

Ground floor
Spacious living room with veranda and fireplace. Kitchen with access to the garden
Ground floor
On the ground floor we offer you a spacious living room with a fireplace and a large terrace. In addition, guests can make use of a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment, min. dishwasher, espresso machine, sandwich toaster, microwave oven, induction hob. The room is air-conditioned with direct access to the veranda and garden.
Wood for the fireplace is included in the price.
First floor
Three spacious bedrooms with double beds and single beds. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms, the third room has a separate bathroom. All hotel-standard rooms are equipped with towels, bed linen, TV, wardrobe and bedside tables.
Bathrooms with showers. The separate bathroom also has a bathtub.
Mezzanine
The mezzanine is another spacious bedroom located on the second floor. It contains two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside tables and a TV.
Garden
In the exceptionally spacious garden you will find plenty of space for recreation. There is garden furniture, a professional barbecue, benches and a swing. The garden is surrounded by greenery providing intimacy and comfort for relaxation.
In case of bad weather, guests can use the large glassed-in veranda where there is a large bench, ideal for long feasts.
Price list
Villa Andre offers accommodation all year round. We prefer to rent for a minimum of 7 nights. The minimum rental period is 5 nights. The house is designed for 8-9 persons. We offer 3 parking spaces on a closed property.
Villa Andre is air-conditioned and heated in low season.
